Lead Service Line Inventory Now Available Online

Effective October 2024, Texas Commission of Enviromental Quality now requires all Public Water Systems to complete and maintain a detailed inventory of all system owned and customer owned service lines classifying each where there is no lead, galvanized requiring replacement, or unknown service lines. Becker-Jiba SUD's Lead Service Line Inventory is now available on the district website under 'Forms & Reports'. The inventory is also available in person at our main office during normal business hours.

Rate Increase Notice

September 19, 2025

Beginning with November 2025 bills, which include charges for usage as early as September 16, 2025, Becker-Jiba Special Utility District customer will see an increase in rates and monthly customer charges. 

During these past few months, we have been working on evaluating and providing the exact new rate. At a minimum the monthly rate will increase by $12.00 in 2025 and $12.00 in 2026. These rate changes are necessary for Becker-Jiba SUD to continue providing a reliable water service to our customers.
