Becker-Jiba SUD respectfully request that you participate in the SOCIOECONOMIC SURVEY being performed by BUSINESS SERVICES COMPANY, the attached letter has been mailed out to our customers.
Becker-Jiba SUD is applying for financial assistance for Water Improvements. The Socioeconomic survey is required to comply with funding source guidelines.
Becker-Jiba SUD has hired Business Services Company to perform the Socioeconomic survey according to the guideline requirements.
Becker-Jiba SUD will not receive individual household responses, so that information will be submitted to the funding source.
